User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing DevineToys with accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

Returns
Customer shall return to DevineToys any defective Product within 30 days of delivery. Please call to notify us that we should expect a return. DevineToys will replace any defective Product within 30 days thereafter or, at the option of DevineToys refund the purchase price for said defective Product if inventory is not available. DevineToys' liability to Customer shall be limited to the replacement of any defective Product and in no event will DevineToys be liable to Customer for consequential or exemplary damages. Cancellation
Cancellation of an order shall incur a 25% restocking fee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and To Site
DevineToys reserves the absolute right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification. If you disagree with any changes to the terms, your sole recourse is to stop using this site. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes
Internet businesses are required to charge sales tax only on those orders that are shipped to the same state where a company is headquartered. DevineToys charges sales tax only on those orders shipped to Texas, the location of our headquarters.

Shipping
All U.S. orders of in-stock items will be sent via FedEx Ground with in 2 weeks of confirmed order. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. DevineToys will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

Payment
DevineToys accepts credit card and check payment through PayPal. We also accept money orders or other guaranteed funds. Corporate checks are accepted, and merchandise will be shipped once funds have been cleared. A $25 processing fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Site Notes
Wholesale area: There is a minimum order of $200 plus shipping and handling.

Retail area: Sales tax will be charged for TX orders, plus shipping and handling.
